Shipping destinations and cost
We offer free Standard shipping, with no minimum purchase, to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Standard is our only shipping service; we do not offer paid Express shipping. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, or international destinations.
Order processing
Orders ship from 1305 47th St, Brooklyn, NY 11219, United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders received after the cutoff or on non-processing days begin processing on the next business day.
Transit and tracking
Estimated Standard transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch, Monday–Friday, excluding carrier holidays. Processing time is additional, for an estimated total of 4–10 business days. Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Weather, carrier disruptions and peak periods may affect these estimates.
Delays, address changes and delivery issues
Contact us promptly to request an address correction or cancellation before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. If we cannot ship within the promised processing time, we will notify you with an updated date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full, prompt refund. If tracking stalls or your order does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please do not return items to the carrier without our instructions.
Taxes and returns
